Spacious rooms with great deals. I have to say that the location is very great not very far away form central, bus station, as well as the train station. Easily accessible to every popular spot in Pattaya!

Location is OK easy to get local transport, but inevitably a long walk to the beach and more food options . With heavy machinery and work on the condo opposite the front rooms would not have been an ideal option. OK at the back and the room was clean, roomy and adequate with nice balcony. Decent shower and air con. Overall good.
