So this is above the Aloha Bar. You wouldn’t know this prior to arriving. I struggled a little to find it. But it was night time. But it’s not clear that the guesthouse is there. There is a sign. But there are many many signs. Wasn’t the friendliest reception. And when you check in/out you have to go through the bar. At night it’s just full of drunks. Not quiet at all. In fact quite imposing. Not for me. But I could imagine intimidating for others. It was cheap. But it was filthy. The bathroom was ok but dated. Mould back of the sink. Basin plug didn’t function. Nightmare to wet shave. The floor was dirty the toilet was dirty. The room was antique. The tv didn’t work. And the area!!! Well it’s a special kind of Benidorm. With lots of Russians and drunk folk 🤦♂️ A place to put your head down. If like to smashed on alcohol the bar below is the one for you 👍

We stayed in the very spacious Deluxe Family Suite on the top floor. The room has a living room with large sofa and TV screen, a fully eqipped kitchenette, and a large balcony with sea view. In the master bedroom there is also a desk. The hotel is located a short walk from the beach and in midst of various food and drink options. Staff was always very helpful.

Very quiet place near the sea beach, everything was perfect, loving caring and humble staff, there were three (7 Eleven stores) and a lot of restaurants and bars nearby at walking distance. Would again come back at the same place same hotel.

Perfect location. Cozy room. Spacious. Absolute peace. The view from the balcony is good. Near the beach. 7-11 is nearby too. AC is good.
