The room was spacious and very comfortable especially the sun beds on the balcony. The view of the beach and ocean was amazing. All the pools were great especially the infinity pool and the sun beds very comfortable with very attentive staff.

The location, right on the beach. However the hotel doesnt have a proper beach. the shore its like a wall and have to go down by stairs in the sea, which is a little bit unsafe, especially when are waves. But the water is not deep near the stairs, so not dangerous. The room itself was nice, a little dated, but with good size, with charm and a beautiful view from the balcony. The cleaning of the room (our room 408) was great, the cleaning lady very good. The politeness of the staff. The food in the Japanese restaurant good but pricey for the quantities offered. We appreciated that we got plenty of complimentary water in the room everyday. As we stayed in the Terrace building where basically are only honeymoon suits,therfor advertised for couples, it is recommendable for the hotel not to host families with children (it happens 2 nights that children were running on the hallway, otherwise, only adults, quiet and pleasant.

This was our second stay at the Royal Cliff Beach Terrace, and once again, we were thoroughly impressed. The hotel is truly one of the best in Pattaya, offering an outstanding experience in every aspect. The location is unbeatable, right by the sea, providing breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. The cozy cocktail bar is perfect for unwinding and adds to the relaxed vibe of the property. What sets this hotel apart is the exceptional staff, who go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. Everything here is spot on, from the well-maintained facilities to the excellent cuisine and top-notch service. We can’t wait to come back again!

The Royal Cliff Beach Terrace is a wonderful experience. The room has a direct view of the beach and terrace from which to appreciate the stunning sun set. The swimming pools are outstanding offering great views of the coast. And only a short taxi ride downtown to explore the wonderful range of Thai cuisine.
