Please note that the name and signature of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and signature. All guests are kindly required to present the credit card to the property and sign a document provided by the hotel upon check-in. In the case that guests fail to present their credit cards, the hotel shall reserve the right to cancel their bookings.Please note that the property offers free unlimited shuttle service to Pattaya Pier for all guests during their stay at the property 4 times daily at 09:30, 11:30, 13:30 and 20:30 hrs, except on Sunday. For guests wishing to go to Pattaya Walking Street, the service is available only at 20:30 hrs. Guests are advised to contact the front desk in advance to book the service.

The location was excellent. 10-15 minutes to the pier and walking street. 5 minutes walk to EasyKart. It was very clean and house keeping was done everyday. My room had a great view on the 5th floor. Good price.

There are 3 staff doing the receptionist roles even overnight. I arrived slightly earlier then check in time and the staff is very flexible to let me taking a rest in the bed room. Thanks for that, its far too hot around Pattaya. All staff are very helpful to explain and assist for check in without necessary to use Google Translate App at all. Very polite and informative. For the price I paid, it's exceptionally amazing for solo traveler. Very spacious room, hot water, free glasses of bottled water x2 every day. Strong wifi, Great Air Con, Quiet, Additional Wooden & Cushioned Lounge, Swimming Pool in common area, Optional Basic Breakfast at your own reasonable cost. With the location closes to everything surrounding, I will rebook again.

While the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient for accessing main attractions, there are several aspects that need improvement. The photos on the website appear to be quite outdated and don't reflect the current condition of the hotel. The rooms show significant wear and tear and are in need of renovation. Being located next to a highway, there is constant traffic noise which can be disturbing. The breakfast lacks variety and becomes repetitive during longer stays.
