Room was. Nice very quiet. Good Breakfast with plenty of choice. Location was good close to terminal 21 and short walk to beach. Baht bus close so easy to get around.

Woodlands has a very nice feel and as the rooms face in this means it is a quiet location away from the noise of Pattaya. It is low rise and the area around the pool is lovely. The staff are very nice the rooms a good size. The bathrooms are good quality. The pool bar is nice but not open all week. Good pizzas!! It is well located for the Songthaews taxis along the beach road. Well located near Terminal 21 shopping centre.

Nice resort in a perfect location in Pattaya. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more then enough with lots to choose from.

Newly refurbished so it's clean. The location is great! Near to the bus station and the Tiffany show grounds and plenty of affordable and/or high class food.

I liked the quiet location ,far from all the noise etc... from the city and it's amusements. The swimming pool was nice . The breakfast is very good and room close to the swimming pool was nice . It is not far from the centre so it is good
