The pool, but everything needs to be tidy and fixed. Just out dated and I’m only saying this as it 4plus star hotel. But it’s more like a 3plus star

All the Staff helpful Friendly polite ,The Breakfast Staff are also very nice and always interested in the Customers and want you to enjoy the food which is very good .The Cleaners and Bell Boys are friendly and helpful too.The Swimming pool is good too.

The room was large with a usuable desk. The safe in the room was large enough to handle 2 laptops. There was a nice view from the balcony ( 7th floor ) and the area wasn't noisy at all. The staff was really helpful on all occasion ( helping me to find a laundry shop or how to go to Terminal 21, lending me an umbrella when it was raining... ). The location is perfect : you can walk to the beach, the TukTuk route is at the corner of the street, there are plenty of good affordable dinning option around.

Rooftop terrace with pool lovely, fabulous views. Plenty of towels for pool available. Close to the beach. Spacious and clean rooms, quietness of area. The evening bar manager is super helpful and very efficient. Overall lovely hotel, variety of breakfast options great. Definitely recommend staying here.

Pros was: - Rooftop swimingpool something like 7*3 meters space for swim, and little space for kidswimm and - rooftop teras with sitting, tabletennis. (most time with noone in there) - big room with big bed (too soft for me - hard to find golden mean in thailand) - nice restaurant with good breakfast with various dishes from west stile to Asia stile... - for all of this was good price (i think, open bussiness again after corona is not easy and they need have more customers for proper maintenance)
