The food is pretty good for this type of hotel, especially "Noodle Bar", absolutely enough to keep you full. A nice bonus is the rooftop pool and bar. Room cleaning is at a good level, and they also provide free beach towels and two bottles of water daily in the room. The most pleasant aspect was the staff—they are very attentive and helpful. Overall, it's a decent hotel, but there are some nuances to consider."

Good International & Thai breakfasts, comfortable bed, clean and space bathroom with shower and cosmetics, safe in room, set for coffee and tea in place, mini fridge in room, and free water each day. Taxi desk, restaurants, caffee, free beach towels and optional trips in hotel lobby. Flat screen TV with android, good working A/C.

The hotel was centrally located, great staff, easy check in and check out, clean , 10-15 walk to bangla Street, 5 min walk to patong beach, there is restaurants and supermarkets around.

Staff were exceptionally polite and helpful responding quickly to fix the usb ports in the room. The location was good with an easy walk to the beach and many food options yet far enough away from the craziness of Bangla Road. Water was provided daily and rooms cleaned on request. The bed was huge and really comfy. Breakfast was excellent with a rotation of different things every other day and plenty of options. Banana samosas were fantastic. We certainly had our monies worth.

The breakfast spread was absolutely amazing—each morning greeted me with a delicious array of fresh, flavorful options that perfectly set the tone for the day. One of the standout features was the stunning rooftop, where breathtaking views, a pristine pool, and a lively bar created the ultimate relaxation spot. Special mention goes to Nina at the tour desk, whose friendly expertise and personalized recommendations made navigating our trip effortless. Overall, Zenseana exceeded every expectation, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a top-notch experience in Patong.
