It was amazing, Nice staff, clean rooms. The menu in the restaurant is absolutely amazing and good prices. We didn’t use the buffet so don’t know how the buffet food is.

Nice location and fair good breakfast. Staffs are willing to offer the help when you are in need. Patong Beach and all kinds of restaurants are nearby.

Just a great hotel every one so helpfull was not far from everything we needed 7/11. Laundry shops. Bike hire massage place and excurtion place all close by beds were the comfiest i ever stayed in restraunt had a good mixture of cuisine

the staff was very supportive and kind. they gave clear information and were very helpful and friendly. the room was large and comfortable and very clean. the bathroom was exceptionally clean as well.

Good breakfast, friendly staff can speak English, good price, clean, away from the fire of Bangla Rd, but close about 10min fast walk. Cheap massages on their little side street.

Smooth, easy and hassle free check in/out - was charged 1500baht for a deposit/bond each room (fully disclosed prior to booking) and upon check out, we were advised to give their staff time to do a quick check over of rooms which was literally less than 5 minutes and we were fully refunded our deposit due to no damages. My family of 6 booked a short stay in 2 x Triple deluxe rooms consisting of 1 double and 1 single bed each room, we requested connecting rooms once booking was confirmed and were fully accommodated for due to the hotel having availability. My daughter is in a wheelchair and found the rooms and lifts somewhat spacious and everywhere else more than spacious for her to get around. The rooms were clean, and for what you pay, we really couldn’t complain. Water pressure and temperature ok, I’ve had worse. The included breakfast was nice, my kids loved the variety of fresh fruit, cereal, hot food (eggs, beans, sausages) bakery. There are a selection of beverages to choose from - juice, tea and coffee. The gym is pretty good, liked that it has aircon and clean. Handy to most things and places you would expect of Patong - massages, laundry, 7/11s, markets, nightlife. The staff are amazing and helpful. Thank you all for your hospitality.

Location is walking distance from busy area but far enough away from the noise. Staff are friendly and helpful. All premises were clean. Breakfast was good
