The receptionist named Ratty, she was so polite, social able and very very helpful if needed anything as well the stewards named Mad. He was another person that was so helpful as well.

The room cleaning, the bed was super comfortable, the friendliness of the staff, the pool was excellent although it closes very early. The social spaces and the 3 restaurants were excellent. The only thing I would improve is the breakfast menu, as it’s not very varied in terms of international cuisine. It only has one type of ham and one type of cheese; it should have more cheese options."

Exceptional stay! The hotel is so close to the beach and night life it was a good location. The breakfast options were good and the staff were highly accommodating. I enjoyed the stay overall

Great location of the hotel, it’s located right in the city center, all the necessary facilities like supermarkets, clubs, beach are very close to the hotel. We like the most leisure area with swimming pool and bar, everything is new, stuff was very nice and helpful, from 5-6pm there was happy hour in the pool bar and from 6-8pm in the sky bar. Our room was spacious and clean, AC was working properly and cleaning was every day.

Beautiful hotel breakfast was great wide range of food for different tastes.hotel room was gorgeous we had a view over the pool nice size balcony. Pool itself was lovely nice swim up bar.plenty of sunbeds I had a lovely Thai massage by the pool.
