The morning I used the pool it was a bit grubby including dead insects floating in it. Some of the gym equipment was broken. The water form the rainhead shower was almost just a trickle, tiles on the shower floor had chips in them and were spongy (water damage), and the shower tap was not connected properly (loosely hanging), and bathmats and handtowels were old and fraid (and barely passed as white).

The room was clean and comfy, but housekeeping only refolded used towels instead of replacing them daily. There were no dental kits or conditioner in the shower. We were told an extra fee was required for a room with a view. I would rate it 8/10.

Everything was good room is of good size yes it was two single bed put together but you hardly noticed, the service from the staff if needed was great and helpful, for example the AC was not on in the gym room they quickly called two members of staff to fix The food was good and the price wasn’t that bad I paid 370b for two meals for myself and loads to choose from From the beds to the towels were changed every day

We assume that doing the same job, (I'm the manager of a Resort) so I don't like doing reviews, but this time I can't help myself. It is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel, but this year, perhaps due to Covid 19, the hotel was not at its best, little maintenance. The staff are generally very helpful, but the room cleaning was sometimes not perfect, surely not for the cleaning ladies but definitely for the lack of staff, (we never complained about this) on the contrary, after getting a tattoo, my son soiled the sheet and pillowcase, and was charged a fee of 1300THB, now I understand that the laundry is not the right to clean it, but charge us more than what it would cost us if bought in some store in town (Obviously we inquired, especially because the bath and pool towels were punctually old and had holes.), but all this is not for the cost itself, but only for a lack of courtesy towards the guests who have favorite among many hotels in Patong and stayed for 18 nights this year and more than 2 weeks in 2018/19; Then again, some girls at the reception, perhaps among them also the owner, were really very very rude! Let's talk about breakfast, below average and very repetitive buffet breakfast, I don't think in 18 days they didn't realize that we never had breakfast, maybe only 2/3 times we had tea. The floors in the shower are not leveled properly, very dangerous because you could cut your feet while showering, there is an excessive flow of water under the bathroom floor (but we have not complained anyway) Excellent location, very close to everything, located near Bangla, the beach, the shopping mall, Banzan Market and the Big C, has a sweet infinity pool on top and sauna & gym! I hope they treasure these tips and don't see them just as complaints.
