The breakfast was great, lots of choice. Having the free bus into and from Jungcelon was fabulous.

It's a nice hotel. Definitely the strong point is the location, which is almost in front of the beach. Breakfast is very good with many options, the room is large so I was satisfied.

We were put in a noisy block, even though we had booked an Executive Room. The taps were rusty and rusty water came out of it. The hot tub gave off brown water and stained the towels. What a hot mess!! We had to endure it for 2 nights before we were moved to a better room in the newer block. I won't be back there!

Staff were fantastic especially Ned who is always happy and willing to help. Our check in and check out staff were great too especially the slim reception who helped us with the room change, upgrade and check out. Thank you all very much for your hospitality, keep it up!

It is in a good location and the staff are great this can not be said for the pool bar staff it feel as if they do not enjoy there job

Great location, could walk to lots of shops, restaurants, massage and hair places. Breakfast included was a great buffet. Pool area was busy and lots of loungers squeezed in but still a nice pool area. Food and drinks service at pool was good too.

The pool was amazing with the best view possible of Patong overlooking the entire bay.
