Breakfast was great. Mol was an amazing host and made sure my stay was welcoming and comfortable. My room was clean and air conditioning worked. Location was good as it is away from the hustle & bustle of the main areas of Patong however not too far away by foot or taxi.

Large comfortable apartment everything was prestinely clean. Bed was a little too firm for us. Staff fabulous and extremely helpful. Lovely space around the pool. Ideal location for the beach, market and fabulous restaurants, self service or drop off laundary, massage parlours. There are quite a few steps to negotiate but didn't bother us. Cleaning was completed daily.

I know the area, and had stayed at a better property previously. This was high season so costs were 2-3 times last month which was a shock. Despite this Swiss was very comfortable, with exceptionally friendly staff. I would stay here again

WOW! This is probably one of the best hotels I've ever been!!! Extremely clean, great 24/7 service, personal attention, and more... The breakfast was ready every morning on time up to my requests, fresh and delicious! I couldn't ask for more than I got! Thanks from the bottom of my heart to Mon, Alex, and Maria - the Fairies😘💞💕 I'll definitely come back!❤️ Highly recommended!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the apartment was perfect and had facilities for cooking your own food. The location was good for exploring Phuket beach and surrounding area. The staff were really nice and friendly

Personal workers, they are good and very nice with you guys. The Manager woman is really nice and can help you if you need something. I recommend it.
