"Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean. The people in the reception were very helpful, The location is great- very near to patong Beach. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again

Staff were great, quiet room AC worked well. Location for me was perfect. Laundry and moto hire directly opposite. 711 50m away and an amazing cheap restaurant on the main road heading towards the roundabout

This is a great budget hotel. What you get for the money you pay is excellent. It's not the Ritz, some areas are a bit run down but it's clean, great location, helpful staff, quiet (i was on 4th floor) and it's a nice building, good air con, big bathroom, hot shower, good TV. I wouldn't bother with the swimming pool it reminded me of the one at my primary school with slightly green water 😂. But what do you expect for less than 400 baht per night. Recommended for budget comfortable stay.
