I arrived after having read some reviews with concern but was very satisfied with the location and quietness I experienced in my room 301. Maybe lucky as there is construction happening behind the residence but no work was taking place during my stay. Internet reception was good also.

The location is really good as its only a few meters from the beach, you have a pharmacy down the road and lots of restaurants and other things nearby. The road in front of the hotel leads both to the beach and further into the main road to walk around. The food in the restaurant is quite good (just never order the steaks...) and the rooms were very clean and well maintained. We had 0 insects or other animals inside. The staff in particular was very friendly and extremely helpful. The english speaking staff understood us well and could always help.
