Brand new hotel, very clean, modern, upscale, spacious, best kids club and gym we have seen! This hotel is fantastic, we were worried about the reviews we have read but it’s nothing like what they say. We are extremely impressed. Originally booked for 2 nights so see in person what it looks like and ended up extending to 8 nights. Family room is spacious and thought through. Lots of storage, big tv, beautiful bathroom (not see through), feels very comfortable. Bed is so soft, so is the bedding. Quilt has just the perfect layer of thickness. Not too hot, not too cold. Great towels, well absorbing. We will be uploading YouTube review shortly. Kids club caters for young kids and teens with PS5 and massive cinema. Ladies in there are amazing. The gym is like a proper gym! We have never seen a hotel that offers full size gym for their guests. Personal trainer is available for a fee. Location is great. Around 200m to the beach and Patong Beach Rd. It’s in the centre but at the same time a little away from the craziness of Patong. 7/11 within meters. As a welcome drink you receive a voucher for a proper cocktail which is a very good quality. Free pool table. Lots of co working space. DJ in the afternoon in the lobby area. Everyone is extremely friendly. Hotel is still running construction is certain rooms but there is no noise whatsoever and does not affect our stay. We liked this hotel so much that booked NYE with them and looking forward to see what it brings.
