I had a room with direct terrace to the pool, that was outstanding convenient 😉 The staff is super friendly and helpful, breakfast great with lots of variety, the room was big and everything inside what’s needed! WiFi ok 👌

Location was perfect right across the road from the beach. Breakfast and facilities were great also

The staff are amazing and I really enjoyed the breakfast the pool was divine. Very close to the beach a big plus and the 711 across the road is an amazing little place as well to the left on the road a great massage place,a laundry and a souvenier store that was so much better priced than anywhere elseo the left.close to mall as well. They provide stamps and will post your post cards for you. I just used to walk to Bangla road markets and the Junceleon Mall traffic is a nightmare, and it was quicker. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was nice and clean. I had issues with another booking agent, and the team at the hotel really helped sort it. Only using booking.com from now on. Really handy the beach towels at reception and the pool towels at the gym. I liked that they let me leave my room card at reception when I went out esp the beach didn't want to lose it.

The property has an ideal location well connected to different areas of Patong, and with the pool being surrounded by the rooms, you had your intimacy from the ongoing street crowd. The food was delicious, for breakfast, as well as for afternoon lunch or even a late night room service snack. Everyone from the staff was friendly, open and immediately reacted to all inquiries. Would return.

The location was very good, only a minute from the beach. Facilities were ok, breakfast ok, staff very helpful and rooms were nice and spacious. Overall I would highly recommend.
