Fantastic Team on front desk, my main dealings were with Apple and she was superb. Check-in was efficient and hassle free, rooms were always cleaned meticulously and with a smile. Hotel has a fantastic rooftop pool and bar with a 360 degrees view of Patong. The hotel had no breakfast facilities for me that was fine. Location wise, no better place near enough to nightlife / food markets and mall and although adjacent ti Bangla Boxing Stadium - which is noisy / all quiet by 11pm - Overall Perfect and Highly recommended.

All The staff were very welcoming, always smiling and willing to help with anything they could (Apple and Morris were two in particular i had most to do with and they were awesome). Located close to everything you want in Patong (bars, restaurants, mall). I will be back as soon as I can.

Staff were super helpful, and the position is great, right next to Banzaan market, and a short walk to where all the action is.

All the staff is very kind, friendly and helpful! The position is perfect because the hotel is located near by Jungcelyon and Bangla Road, but at the same time, the area is very quiet! Rooftop is very nice and also the small bar they have is to try If you wanna enjoy a good cocktail by the pool. And I really appreciated the welcome drink voucher they gave at check in time! The hotel will borrow you beach towels you can use during the day and umbrellas just in case! Thanks to all the staff
