The location is great. The staff are fantastic, they couldn't do enough to help. Certainly consider visiting again. The staff put on a great show for the New Years eve party. The sitting area in the room is huge.

Had a great week staying at this hotel. We booked a superior suite overlooking the beach and our adult sons a twin room also with sea views. The rooms were great, clean and had everything we required. Housekeeping was provided everyday along with a restock of Bottle water. The hotel location was great; close to restaurants, and also walking distance to Bangla road and shopping complex. Having the 7/11 next door was convenient for every day items and beers! Sitting on the balcony in the evening watching the hectic life of Patong was a highlight. Although noisy we loved it. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Daniel, Jae, Len and Ben. Thankyou for making us feel so welcome. We totally recommend this hotel.

Very good location with outstanding sea view and 10sec walk to the beach. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is nice.

The staff were very helpful. On our last day we had to wait around 9 hours after check out until our flight. We left our bags at the hotel and went to the beach and when we finished the hotel provided showers and towels to clean up before we left. Great service 👏

Clean white towels, bed sheets, thorough daily room and balcony cleaning. Decent breakfast. Wonderful sea view. Smiling and super friendly stuff.

Location is good, pretty close to anything in Patong area. the staff is super nice, two pools, decent size room. they offer slippers, beach towels (pretty standard at this type of hotel).
