The property was secluded therefore no noice. The staff are amazing and work around the clock. They were so lovely to my kids and always accomodating.

The upgraded rooms with living space were very comfortable. Having the pool outside the room was private and convenient. Location really sucked but at least there was a 20min shuttle bus that takes you in, and picks you up from the main hub of Patong. Rooftop bar offers a lovely view over Patong and other beaches. Spa was reasonably priced. Breakfast options were varied and ample but you wouldn’t want to be staying there for more than 3 days as quality was just ok and you’d get bored pretty quickly. Breakfast and bar staff were friendly

We stayed here for 9nights and everything was amazing for us. Facilities, room, food and especially the staff always so helpful and there when you need something. Always so welcoming!!! The shuttle was a bonus and location was great. Booked all our activities through the hotel too and everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend staying here whether you are solo, couple or family. Felt safe here too 🙂 Thank you so much Fusion Suites.

The room is so comfort with a very good facilities inside the room. The most I like is microwave inside our room. Easy for our family to heat our meal.

Breakfast was good. Room was OK. location is a bit far from beach area and very far for any restaurants. we couldn't order any food from outside during night as traffic is very high and restaurant food for dinner is very costly.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Fusion Hotel for an exceptional stay. The staff were outstanding, incredibly kind, and attentive. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning—impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and offering breathtaking views of the mountains. The rooftop bar is simply magnificent, and the restaurant is superb. Special thanks to the chef, the manager, the director, and the entire team for their warm hospitality and professionalism. This hotel is truly a gem, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a remarkable experience. Thank you again to everyone for making my stay unforgettable!

Everything. From arriving 2 hours before our room was ready where we were welcomed to enjoy all the facilities available which included the pool; to using the free shuttle service into Patong which was great and the friendly staff who were always a delight from dawn till dusk. The staff are amazing and courteous.
