One of the best hotels in Phuket. Superb location, Superb facilities and amenities, Fantastic food, Customer service is A+++ , Receptionist Kate is very helpful and amazing person. Not my first stay and did not disappoint. Yes and one important thing - no russians.

Even from the moment you walk in you are welcomed with a warm cookie and great service. The rooms were beautiful and the beds were soft. Location was amazing and close to most things we were interested in. They reception desk always had someone available to help with booking day trips. They even responded to online messages fast that we didn't experience with other hotels. The hotel had a great atmosphere and were close enough to the beach, just walk over the street and enjoy the sun. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of choices. It was just perfect.

Our visit to DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket was in conjunction with our first wedding anniversary, and it was truly a memorable occasion. Everything was arranged perfectly, and we were delighted to find that every aspect of our stay meet our expectation. The complementary cake that was provided to us as a gesture for our anniversary was a delightful surprise and certainly lifted our spirits. It's these thoughtful touches that make a significant difference and create lasting memories for guests. Overall, our stay was nothing short of wonderful, and we were thoroughly pleased with the service, the amenities, and the overall experience at DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket.
