The hotel itself is gorgeous, small but like a gem. The design of the pool and restaurant areas is just incredible. The staff is super friendly. Reception staff was struggling a bit with English which wasn't ideal.

Tranquil and amazing staff. We received a courtesy call upon arrival to our room for a free upgrade. A very generous offer and one we highly appreciate. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is very intimate and calm offering you the highest level of service. Beautiful buffet breakfast and short walk to main rd in Patong. We received beautiful handwritten notes from housekeeping daily which was a beautiful gesture.

Very cool design and aesthetic. Good selection at breakfast including freshly prepared fruit. Good service. Nice touches like cool facecloths when by the pool.

Excellent presentation and selection! Loved the fresh fruit being cut in front of you. One of the managers Mark, was excellent! Went above and beyond expectations! Operations manager Rahul was also excellent! Very accommodating!

Breakfast selection boring , same if stay for few days . Perhaps visit like Amari phuket international hotels to see the spread of breakfast and selection for over THB12500 a night for pool villa- should have premium breakfast
