The staff are accommodating and super friendly. The facilities were great too. The location...is central and a stone throw away from the beach...

the staff was amazing. they even practiced christmas songs and dressed up. Everyone has been amazingly friendly and helpful. "Dream" and "Natta" were lovely and professional. Location is nice, the pool area is alright, but way too small. The breakfast was good and a good selection.

Deevana plaza is good value for money. Breakfast had a large variety of options, the room was good and pool was nice. Some of the food was good too but a little overpriced compared to outside which is normal for these places. Location is good if you like the bars and shopping around Otop markets nearby.

I don’t think I can fault anything. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Make sure you try every juice they have on offer. We stayed in a waterfront room which was amazing. It was not a noisy hotel which means a good night sleep was had. We got free water & cans of drinks everyday. The room was spacious.

Location was handy with good choices to eat and shop near by. In particular, OTOP markets. About a 7 min walk to Patong beach. Very good staff and the buffet breakfast had lots of options. Pool access room was great

Nice reception area with a Starbucks. The pools were big and clean with fun slides for the kids and a swim up bar. Balcony overlooking the pool was a lovely place to sit once the sun went down and had a rack to hang swimmers. The rooms were a decent size, air conditioning was good, smelt clean. Close to markets, 7/11, money exchange etc. Room service was fast and the food hot. Good selection for breakfast. Staff were friendly and the extra bed we requested was a proper bed, not just a fold out which we appreciated. Good value for money.

Pool was amazing, always nice and clean. Great location and walking distance to everything. Buffet breakfast was excellent, so much to from and the staff were very friendly!
