The location of the hotel was perfect. A short 5-minute walk to Patong Beach and about 10 minutes away from Bangla Road. The pools were great, the deluxe garden view room we chose was spacious enough, though not overly so. Buffet breakfast had a wide selection of Asian, Indian and English food.

The staff were lovely and helpful. We were allowed to stay and use the facilities after checkout while we were waiting on our flight.

The location is ideal, nice and quiet and yet so close to everything. The staff are so polite and friendly and can not do enough for you. Nice walk in pool with a pool bar, can also order food for around the pool or room service

Located far away from all the noise but you’re a still a walking distance away from the beach, the walking street and the restaurants. Lots of variety for breakfast from western, Thai and Indian food. The gym was very decent but the aircon in the gym wasn’t working and the treadmill fans don’t work either. The hotel provides you with a beach bag and towels that you can with outside the property, very thoughtful.

The hotel exceeded expectations. Spacious rooms, daily room cleaning. Breakfast is very good and varied. We arrived before noon and the hotel accommodated us, for which we are grateful. If we visit Patong again, we will definitely return to this hotel.
