2nd time staying for 14 nights and always have the most incredible time , every staff member is like our family now , cocktails are excellent and happy hour isn’t an hour it’s hours !!!!! Everything about this hotel is excellent!!

I enjoyed my stay here. We had a swim up pool room and it was so good to have easy access to the main pool as well as our own private space. Prices were reasonable at the pool bar. Close to the beach which was wonderful. Lots of restaurants close by. Quiet at night I found it easy to sleep. Staff lovely. Breakfast was a reasonable selection and i really enjoyed the Chicken soups!

Great hotel, great location only 10 minute walk from bangla Street and Jungceylon shopping center, 200m away from patong Beach, staff very friendly, great breakfast buffet, rooms very clean and comfortable beds. Will definitely be back 👌

Location Location Location! The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach and close to restaurants and 7-11's. The rooms are spacious and clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. There was also a variety on offer for breakfast to suit any palate. We got great service from Fun who assisted us when there was issue with the shower. She went over and above to make sure we were comfortable

The staff are all really friendly and helpful. It was my birthday and they gave me a cute cake and decorations on my bed wishing me a happy birthday. Location is great the pools are lovely and the roof top resturant and bar is really beautiful. Definitely will stay again we have stayed twice already,we had a pool access room.

Clean rooms, great location (10 mins to patong beach and bangla road). Helpful staff, good breakfast. Used the gym and this was good.
