We loved our stay at amari, the resort is massive and has everything you could need. We were in a room that over looked the ocean which was such a lovely surprise upgrade. Highly recommend the bars and restaurants. We dined at La Gritta, Samutr and the jetty - all stunning views of the ocean and phuket.

The location of the Amari is key to our visits. It is close enough to walk to the town of Patong for shopping, dining and beach activities. Yet, the hotel is located away from the noise of revellers, bars and traffic. The hotel becomes your Shangri La. The staff are superb, nothing is too much trouble, your satisfaction is their main concern. The breakfast, location …. This Makes our day , as does the selection of food on offer. They cater with many different cuisines to suit the international guests. Lovely pools and great views. The property is showing signs of ageing, a refit should remedy this, returning Armari to her former glory.

The reception staff were very good and in general all staff were friendly and attentive. The location was exceptional. We stayed in a suite in building 7 with views over the bay. Pleasant afternoons were spent on the balcony with our friends. We had the partial food board package and with some exceptions the food was good particularly the breakfast offerings.

Excellent location and great views overlooking the Bay. Great breakfast in the Rim Talay restaurant and the same when we attended for dinner on a couple of occasions. Nice Italian restaurant at Amari also with fabulous food and great view. Most importantly, all of the staff were warm, friendly and helpful. A shuttle is available down to Patong Beach, shops and restaurant however is an easy walk.

The breakfast was very good. The staff were helpful and friendly. The shuttle into town was very welcome. The view from the room was fabulous. The Aircon was great . The bed very comfortable

The staff are wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. Nice welcome when you arrive. The gym is good. Nice pools and a small private beach. Nice massage facilities available on site at a good price. Good location for walking into the town but just about far enough away to feel like you can get away from the madness and noise of Patong. Staff are lovely. We were on honeymoon and the hotel provided a cake and champagne on arrival and a cake for my birthday a few days later.

Big spaces, two pools all hidden behind a small exterior. Over 200 rooms and it only felt crowded when package holuday parties arrived or departed
