What a lovely warm welcome on arrival from charming owners. Nothing is too much trouble, very kind people. A beautiful big bedroom and large bathroom, both spotlessly clean. Air con and fan Room cleaned each day with fresh towels Lovely breakfast each morning Good location - 7 minute walk to the beach. Very quiet location. A great nights sleep. Excellent value for money 10/10

Large, clean rooms with nice bathrooms, very quiet in a great location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was a short walk to the beach and the breakfasts provided were very nice.

Great location near Patnem beach road, but still possessing many silent rooms which face away from the main road which it is located on. Family run, very friendly, great staff. Has a decent restaurant + good bar on-site. Rooms are large, air conditioning is good, as are the hot showers. Nice balcony. Owners are happy to help with anything, be it receiving packages or helping with bike rentals, etc.

Very near to Patnem beach and not very far from major beaches like Palolem and Agonda. There is calmness and cleanliness all around the property. Rooms are spacious and clean with balcony. Clive and the other staff were very welcoming, courteous and helpful. Overall a wonderful experience!!

The hosts were lovely and gave helpful advice. The room was clean and comfortable. It's just a short, pleasant walk to the beach, shops and restaurants, but the area itself is nice and quiet. I enjoyed having a terrace looking out over the back garden. Breakfasts were simple but good with a nice selection of options, and I appreciated that they let me refill my water bottle from the water filter in the kitchen.

We had a lovely stay at Eve Resort. The highlight was definitely the staff. Thank you to Clive and Marilyn, and their lovely staff Sheeri, Nitu, Rampati, Shobha and Ram for being so smiley, helpful and welcoming. We were put in a quiet room upon request. The shower was very hot during the sunny days. The bed was very comfortable and the fridge and kettle were a plus. The room was a very decent size with balcony. We had a few issues that the staff quickly resolved. The location is perfect, and very quiet besides some dogs sometimes barking at night. The breakfast is decent. Overall, we would definitely come back to Eve Resort!

The whole package was excellent. Clive and Marilyn, the owners, were wonderful, as were everyone of their staff. The resort was excellent value for money and very clean. The rooms were cleaned every day along with fresh linen and towels.

Great location, two minute walk to beach road, lovely shops and restaurants. The hotel is family run and the owners really looked after me. Great AC and plenty of hot water. My room was spacious and clean. Onsite restaurant with great food.
