1. Affordability: the apartment is one of the most affordable choices during Christmas time. 2. It has all facilities like kitchens, dishwashers, washing machines, etc. 3. Morning light: It is facing to the east so you can see the sunrise from the balcony every morning.

Appartment was very clean. Housekeeping friendly. Parking garage and also outside parking on the street. Always enough parking space. Really big appartment. Beds nice. 2 bathrooms. Fully equiped kitchen. Quite peaceful area great to rest and sleep.

We loved this place. The apartment is spacious and has all the things that you need, very practical and organised. There isn't a receptioninst to welcome you , but with the messages, they will guide you through all the things that you have to know...again, very well structured! The apartment is located in a really cool position (if you have a car) on the hill,all the neighborhood is very picturesque.
