Excellent location, convenient to rent ski gear, buy passes and get lessons. You can walk straight out of the hotel door on to the ski field! Customer service was exceptional, rooms comfortable, spa so relaxing and the food was fantastic!

Fantastic location, professional and nice staff, very tasty dinners. Unfortunately, the breakfasts were disappointing, not matching the general level of the hotel. Probably the weakest of the dozens of hotels in the Dolomites that I have been to so far

We stayed here while hiking the Alta Via 2, the food was fantastic and the staff were very attentive to all of our needs. A delightful respite from our hike.

I loved so much the attitude of the people in the hotel to the guests. The service was wonderful. The hotel was really clean, spa - amazing and specious, the room clean, big and with all needed facilities. The food servced - delicious! Recommend the hotel!

What a lovely hotel. I was welcomed with a friendly face and all the info I needed. He could tell from my heavy rucksack that I might like to know where the sauna was! Beautiful rooms and generous half board meals. I wish I'd stayed longer really!

The room was good.The man at the reception was very kind and helpful. They didnt have a drying room for our wet close. The staff was kind and put our shoes in the heating room.
