The pool area was very nice, quiet, and well maintained. Good breakfast, enough choice, and very friendly staff to greet you in the breakfast hall each morning. The location is good, just a short walk down to the lake where there are some nice views and a choice of restaurants.

An easy walk into Trasimeno and central base to explore Cortona, Siena, Florence and Perugia. The dinner options in town are incredible. The property itself has a pool and air conditioning. What more do you want in the Italian summer.
