We really liked the hotel, although we only stayed for a night. The room was unusally big and well equipped, with a nice Danube view. The bathroom is modern and clean. We liked the breakfast and nice choice of options. The garage is only a minute away. Definitely a great option for staying in Passau old town.

We are return customers to the residenz Hotel. The Breakfast staff are jolly and happy and efficient , The breakfast is fantastic and matched by the pleantness and very helpful. The young Lady on the reception Laura was very helpful,, knowledgable and as the 1st contact you meet gives a great impression which sets a good 1st interaction.

Friendly and supportive staff, nice and spacious room with a wonderful view of the castle. The breakfast was delicious and the service was very attentive.

hotel is in an amazing location. staff extraordinary..special mention to Evica who made our stay extra special with her beautiful smile 😊 and always going over and above. all the staff were amazing..but Evica was extra special.
