Clean, basic and comfortable. The owner was friendly and obliging. He assisted us as required and gave us good information. It is close to the beach and the guest home presents well

A gem of a place! The ambiance is charming, and the staff is super attentive. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

Lovely garden and lots of wildlife especially at dawn it's very noisy and I used merlin bird app. Room was exceptional for price and we liked the garden bathroom. Family who work there seem very friendly but very limited English. We had a fab day nearby on the beach as paid £6 each to use pool and sunbeds at uga bay hotel and was so worth it.. amazing pics of white sand ,palm tree,blue sky and pool Had one of the nicest tasting meals of fresh fish and girls had prawns which was very good value Great little shop next door and hole in the wall.

Close to the beach in a nice garden. Friendly staff and good restaurant (especially the Sri Lankan breakfast). Outdoor bathroom is a nice experience (but you have to live with a few bugs). Price is very affordable compared to other places in Passikudah. If you don't expect luxury, you will love this place.

We have booked the room with AC and it was very clean and cosy, there is a restaurant in the hotel that is very affordable and tasty. One day we had 1.5kg fish and barely finished it 2 of us. Very nice staff and surroundings are lovely, loads of trees and green. 280m to the beach so no need for other transportation. I would 100% recommend

- very nice garden - perfect location (both Kalkudah and Passekudah in 3 min walking distance) - excellent breakfast - outdoor bathroom
