Great place between train station and historic city centre. Everything was spotless clean. Even when the access is fully automated from the check in time onwards, I was very grateful that I could leave my luggage after arrival and before the official check in time. Everything was perfect and I enjoyed the stay. Great and detailed information received about location, access, etc. There are vending machines for hot and cold drinks, what is very handy. I will try to book again for September 2025, when travelling to Parma again.

The place is just a few 100m from the train station which is very convenient. The check-in process was done online and I never met any staff. Everything went smoothly. The room was clean and met my expectations. Nice place to stay at as a solo traveler for a few nights.

Very neat and clean room, extremely close to the railway station and to the city centre. Everything is new and well kept. The self service check-in is both easy and practical. Great value for money, highly recommended

Well located right outside the historic center. Big underground parking nearby. Room was spacious and clean. Instructions to access the property were clear

Parma Room Station is a (high) ground-floor apartment converted into several separate rooms (with bathrooms) and a shared hallway. you can hear people entering the hallway and noises from the neighbouring bathroom, but throughout the night it was quiet. the AC was working well. It's close to the train station yet on a fairly quiet street. The check-in was done 'remotely': you get a code/pass sent on WhatsApp, and you can check in whenever is convenient for you.
