Everything!! You went above & beyond. Your place is beautiful & your location is excellent. We had the best wine, best pizza & best meat in Parma. Parma also has the most exquisite church. Thank you so much for your hospitality, it was a blast x Roberto your English is plenty ;) & thank you, thank you, thank for all the little extra touches xx

From our welcome to our departure, we were treated superbly. Roberto & Paulo are the perfect hosts . Our room on 2nd floor was spacious, beautifully decorated, spotless and very comfortable. Bathroom was generous & well designed. Treated with juice, coffee machine plus complimentary shampoo from their beautiful salon downstairs. Loved everything about our stay and would 110% recommend. Parma is a lovely city to visit and the hospitality shown by Roberto & Paulo topped off a great visit.

The room was fabulous but even better than the room was the quality of care and attention provided by our host Paulo. I would stay there again without hesitation, and part of this would be because of Paulo. If every place we stayed had a Paulo you could not help but have a better, less hassle holiday. Palazzo Gotti was in a great location and parking with a car was very easy. Just outside on the street was plenty of cheap, paid parking.

Paolo is a very charismatic and friendly host. the room on the 2nd floor was big and clean, designed with love & class, the bathroom is huge & simply beautiful. the location is perfect, you are only in 10 minutes in the center of parma. we can absolutly recommand this B&B and hope to be back with Paolo & Roberto soon!

We really recommend this Bed& Beauty. The room was in excellent conditions, very clean and comfortable, we slept incredibly well in the bed, and the best aspect was the host Roberto, a very kind and takes care of every detail. Nice location to walk to many restaurants and to downtown
