The thing that stood out was the rooms cleanliness. The rooms were clean and dust free which is great as my children have asthma.

The Hotel is at an excellent location near the train station and just 10 minutes on foot from Piazza Garibaldi. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, no noise from the passing trains and the breakfast is excellent. The staff is good and friendly.

We were travelling by train so the location was close to the front of the train station and about 10 minutes walk from Parma Town centre. Free hugs from the large bear in reception. My husband liked the surprise of a swimming pool. Small but open during our stay.
