Staff were so welcoming - and very helpful to our needs. Room was lovely and beds were comfortable. It is walking distance to the city and parking is close by .

The room was outdated but big . The hotel was in the center near most famous places in the city and shopping streets. Good breakfast. Parking with very reasonable prices.

Very close to Parma´s Cathedral and old square. There´s a parking lot just outside the hotel that you can pay $18 euros per night (you need to leave the keys with the parking guy). Lots of restaurants nearby too. Bathroom was updated but the room is antique and very big. we liked. Breakfast was disappointing though

Very good central position & only minutes walk away from the sights. 10 minutes easy walk from the railway station on a straight road with slight incline up. Nicely appointed small hotel. Room was a decent size with lovely patterned furniture in. Kettle in room, which is always useful. Beds comfy although hard pillows . Buffet selection at breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful.

The location was excellent. Reception staff were excellent upon arrival and check in. Rooms were good sized, quiet with blackout shutters and with tea and coffee making facilities. There was an issue with water pressure that prevented cold water coming through, not too much of a problem for us as we had, just about, finished showering, however on check out the receptionist kindly offered us complimentary breakfast as way of compensation.
