It's a very cozy hotel in the city center of Parma. Rooms are very small (at least mine was supersmall), but clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was even fitted with a bidet. The staff was helpful but generally invisible - just how I expected it. Breakfasts were quite basic, but can't complain. Generally speaking - it's a great hotel for a short stay. Recommend it!

Pleasant staff. Tiny room,.tiny shower, single bed but it was fine for me. Very well located. Nice town to visit. Online said parking but charged E25 for just late evening til noon, when you had to exit the car. Felt misled.

It was clean and very close to the theatre, church and shops! The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The location was perfect. Right in the centre of the town. In a pedestrianized street. Close to Bus stop to and from airport and 10 minute walk to central station for trains. Most places of interest, including Duomo, Theatre etc were very close by. Many eateries within walking distance. The breakfast was varied and good.

The staff are very helpful,the hotel is very clean. The area is perfect for first-time visitors. We could walk out the front door into a beautiful lane way in the old town.

Excellent location. Bedroom and bathroom cramped but clean. No tea or coffee facilities or water. Breakfast very good but 15 euros
