We loved this hotel. The room was beautiful, comfortable and so clean. Continental breakfast was delicious. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Late self check in was very easy and someone was at the reception desk the next morning and was so helpful. Housekeeping were excellent and would service the room whilst we were at breakfast and the chap who prepared and served breakfast single handed was great. Even preparing a tray for me have in my room when I wasn’t feeling well one morning. The location is excellent and Parma is a lovely place to visit

Hotel was fabulous. Reception staff were so nice and helpful. The hotel provided umbrellas for the rain which was a lovely touch. Beds are super comfortable. Hotel is in a brilliant location in the city to see everything.
