Motel Overview

Located on the Newell Highway between Brisbane and Melbourne, this motel features a restaurant, bar and indoor swimming pool with spa pool. All rooms include free cable TV with movie channels.
Each room at North Parkes Motel is air-conditioned and includes a mini refrigerator, ironing facilities and a private bathroom with hairdryer. Electric blankets and heating are also provided.
The restaurant is open Monday - Saturday from 18:00 and serves modern cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. The cocktail bar offers a range of drinks and a large flat-screen TV. Room service is available. A buffet breakfast is available in the restaurant from 7:00 Monday - Friday.
The CSIRO Radio Telescope, made famous by the Australian movie “The Dish”, is a 20-minute drive from North Parkes Motel. Parkes Railway Station is a 10-minute walk away.
