The location is great. Even though it's very central, the road itself is fairly quiet. Close to lots of good restaurants and supermarkets. Very close to the metro. Easy walking distance to lots of shopping and things to do. The apartments are spacious for central Paris. Comfortable for 2 people in each one. Good facilities, for cooking. Coffee machine included at the place. Very clear instructions on how to get in and helpful service.

I liked the location, very convenient, everything in the center. There are many cafes and bars nearby. Fairly quiet at night. With an open window on the first floor it is very good, not hot, fresh. On the second floor, it is not so fresh and cool, more for warm lovers. The house is old and beautiful. The apartment is not hot. There are blackout curtains. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, all utensils, dishwashing detergent. The bathroom was clean, there was soap, shower gel, toilet paper, towels, hair dryer, lots of clothes hangers, wardrobe, iron, ironing board, mirror, table and chairs. Bed linen and towels are clean.
