The employee at reception, with his professionalism and friendly attitude, made us feel very welcome. The facilities and room are simple but clean and adequate. The room had lots of natural light and the bed was very comfortable. Very close to public transport and a great starting point to discover Paris.

room very small, but for sleepover enough, bed comfortable, bathroom quite spacious, breakfast every day the same, but tasty, position of the hotel very good, within reach metro, train, shops, restaurants...the staff was helpful enough, thank you

The Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the location was super convenient. It was only a few hundred meters from Gare de Lyon, so was easy walking distance to the hotel, ready access to the metro, and I was able to catch the train to the airport too. The room was pristine and whilst not over large, had everything I needed. Highly recommended!!

We stayed here 12th to 16th August 2024. I booked three rooms for myself and family and they were all air-conditioned which was useful in the heatwave. There was also a small fridge and kettle, etc in each room and the staff were happy to replenish supplies when needed. The two single rooms were small but the bathroom facilities were clean and adequate for what we needed. However my single room (11) had evidence of toenail clippings on the carpet which was both unfortunate and unwelcome. The triple room had one cubicle with a toilet and a separate cubicle containing the basin and shower which was a bit inconvenient. The lift was small (two people max. without luggage), noisy and inconvenient but I used the stairs to the first floor. However guests arriving late at night kept us awake as they ferried their cases via the lift. We were able to store our luggage free of charge on the last day. The staff were always friendly and helpful and the location is good - less than a 10 minute walk to Gare du Lyon station. Lots of cafes nearby offered a better value breakfast than the hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The location is good, being near the metro and Gare de Lyon with some shops around. The beds were comfortable, and most of the staff were friendly.
