Please notice we did not stay at this property. Excellent communication and customer service. Due to a maintenance issue we were upgraded to a bigger flat with excellent location and views. The whole thing was handled very well and we felt safe and comfortable all the way through the process.

First of all, the location of the facility was magnificent, the alley of the champ elysees street and the street we could reach the street 100 meters walking distance to the train station. We had 4 adults, 2 children, but we could have accommodated 2 more couples, the house was that big, the number of toilets was not added, there were 3 bathrooms in the house, 3 toilets in order to be convenient for those who will come, the check-in time, the password system given to enter the house was easy, we couldn't get the password because the phones were out of charged at night, but even though it was late at night, they replied to my message and sent the password again instantly, thank you for this, also, capsule, coffee, water, enough toilet paper and There was disposable, shampoo, soap, etc., other guests made negative comments about mouse cleaning, we were worried, but the cleaning company changed, we had no problems, we can say that this was one of the most beautiful house of our holiday, thank the operators. If we come again or if a relative comes, we will stay in the same place again and make suggestions.
