This is located in a great area, the style of the hotel is stunning, our room was stunning and perfect for a group of 3. The beds were so comfortable and the room had everything needed plus more. Could not recommend enough.

My family and I had a wonderful 5-night stay at Hotel Helzear Etoile, and the experience was truly elevated by Slimane, whose exceptional service made all the difference. From offering practical advice to ensuring everything ran smoothly, Slimane went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. His calm, resourceful, and proactive approach stood out, and it was clear that many other guests appreciated him as much as we did. The hotel’s central location, well-maintained facilities, and courteous staff added to the overall experience, but Slimane was undoubtedly the biggest factor in earning our loyalty. Hotel Helzear Etoile has set a gold standard for hospitality, and we look forward to returning.

We had the best stay thanks to Sebastian and Dounia, both gave us a warm feeling and we felt so safe. The best hotel staff you could wish for! We're definitely coming back and we hope that we will see Sebastian and Dounia again. Also the room was very clean!
