The communication with Joyce was great. He was very prompt with almost immediate replies. Checking in and out was a breeze with very clear instructions. Upon arriving, we were so glad that there is a lift to get to the 2nd floor apartment. The apartment looks just like in the pictures. The kitchen was fully equipped with basic utensils and cookware including a Nespresso machine with the coffee pods. The bathroom looks like it was newly renovated and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the sofa bed was large enough to accommodate 2 adults comfortably. The location of the accommodation is by the main road where there are busses, metro and many restaurants and grocery stores. For Muslim travelers, there was also a Halal kebab store just below the apartment. It was good to know that the neighborhood was safe and quiet even tho the apartment was facing the main road. We liked that we could open the window and enjoy the breeze. Upon check out, Joyce was lovely to meet us. The cleaning team was also nice to bid us farewell and waited patiently for us to get all our luggage out. Overall, the apartment had everything we required for a 3-night stay comfortably and we couldn't be more pleased. Wouldn't mind staying again when we visit next and will recommend to friends.

When my grandson was taken ill got help and advice from staff. Very central for all amenities. Shops and restaurants nearby as was the metro.
