A rare find in Paris, a room with a balcony. It was all I desired. Check in was charming, the room was perfect. Imagine a warm Parisian evening, the sun slowing marching across the sky, and you have a box seat. This is the apartment. There’s a handy fridge for the cooling of wine. The balcony itself has a cute table and two chairs. The rest is mere detail: nice bed, coffee, lovely shower. Perfect!

Room was comfortable and breakfast was excellent with good variety on offer. Travelled with pets and the hotel were very accommodating. Great location for Gare Du Nord station.

The staff is super friendly, welcoming and helpful. I wish I knew everyone's names to personnaly thank them. Robert, the manager, João Vitor from the reception, all the team, including our housekeeper, who kept our studio very clean, definitely contributed to our pleasant stay. The studio is small,which is not a surprise in Paris, but very functional and comfortable. The kitchenette was very handy and well-equipped. The bathroom was also good. The location is perfect as it is very close to Gare du Nord, eateries, bakeries and shops. We will definitely book again.

I am restating my previous review as this was my second stay at Residence Avalon. The staff is super friendly, welcoming and helpful. I wish I knew everyone's names to personnaly thank them. Robert, the manager, João Vitor from the reception, all the team, including our housekeeper, who kept our studio very clean, definitely contributed to our pleasant stay. The location is perfect as it is very close to Gare du Nord, metro and bus options, eateries, bakeries and shops. We will definitely book again and again.

I booked the hotel to be close to gare du nord (train station) as I was travelling by train to London so the location was perfect. I also liked the area as it was buoyant and everything one needed was at hand.

Thanks to Benjamin, Latif, Samuel, Georgia and Arseny for their time in making my stay at their hotel much better. I will book this hotel again. Also the manager on the day I checked in, for the Internet search. Quite a nice hotel, one of the best ones on Boulevard Magenta and the area as a whole.
