The hotel was lovely, great location and very clean. staff were lovely, i had a problem with my safe and they sent somemone right away to fix it. i ordered room service on the first night which was very quick.

Great location within easy walking distance to the opera, galleries La Fayette, champ de Elyse’s,arc de triumph, Concorde, madeleine metros and Lazarre train station. The hotel was done up nicely for Christmas and they sent a little treat (macarons and chocolate) up to the room as they knew the trip was a birthday present for me. The massage was great though not cheap, and the room was cleaned daily. They were happy to store our luggage in a locked room on our last day so that we could enjoy the city unencumbered. They also kindly gave us a voucher for drinks at the bar before we had to leave which was a kind touch.
