The fine print
Guests have access to the hammam and swimming pool from Wedsnesday to Saturday between 10am to 8pm and on Monday from 14h to 20h. The Spa is open two Sundays a month. Tuesday closed.Please note that access to the swimming pool and the steam room are exclusively and strictly to guests who are more than 16 years old.Spa28 will be closed for maintenance from the 26th of August 2024 to 6th September 2024 included.
Therefore, access to the swimming pool and steam room will not be possible.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

I love the location. It is quite close to shops and. resturants and not too far from Paris sites. The apartment was clean and modern. Cleaning service on point. Receptionists were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is in a fabulous location, it is spacious, has everything you need. Comfortable beds. Close to supermarket, restaurant, bars and night life but still quiet and a lovely feel to the area. House Keeping very efficient.

Our room was a good size and pleasantly furnished with kitchen facilities for when we just wanted to eat in. The bathroom was also modern and roomy. The area was not too touristy but still reasonably close to the sites. Restaurants were nearby when we wanted to eat out.The staff were friendly and very helpful

The suite was a perfect size for our group, we had everything we needed and everything was very comfortable. The location was amazing and sights and metro stations were easy to access.

We loved our stay here, the apartment was large, comfortable and well equipped. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, easy walking distance to many sights, as well as to transport. Our apartment was on the first floor so we just used the stairs as it was quick and easy, and it was quiet as it overlooked a courtyard.

This hotel was easy to find, had such a friendly staff, and was perfectly located in St Germaine. They were also very accommodating to holding our bags before/after check-in while we explored the city. They were even able to get us checked in a little early. The size of the room was pleasant surprised based on my expectations and other stays in Paris. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff are excellent, attentive and friendly. We were allowed to check in earlier as our apartment is ready when we arrived in the morning from a long flight. The apartment have everything u need from washing machine to microwave ,fridge, coffee machine.
