Hotel is modern clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and all can speak some English. We had breakfast every day which was fairly basic but everything was fresh and tasty. We also had a meal in the evening. The menu was limited but the food was well cooked and well presented. Our room was on the top floor. It was a bit on the small side but clean and came with a balcony. The hotel is about 3 miles from central attractions like Louvre Museum and Notre Dame but 2 metro stations within easy reach ( Belleville & Couronne on line 8). The area is a bit run down but didn't feel unsafe. Perfect hotel for a short city break.

The location was great and it represented good value for money in Paris. The room was slightly larger than other places we have stayed at which made it more comfortable for sharing. We had a nice meal at the on site restaurant. There is also a cafe area that we didn’t use but is convenient for guests.

We wanted to stay in a recognised hotel as a lot of French hotels were quite boutique which we were not feeling. Rooms were spacious and bathroom was a decent size. Staff were polite and helpful. Our suitcase was lost at the airport and the hotel staff helped where the could to make our stay enjoyablez they even let us have an adapter free of charge (which I’m sure some hotels would thrive charging guests for). There are two metro stations nearby. These were very convenient. One is literally outside the hotel.
