“Simple, practical and functional apartment”

The apartment is very practical. Nothing fancy or luxurious but everything simple, practical and functional. High quality appliances and everything was working well. Heating in the apartment was excellent ! Good number of windows opening to the courtyard so good amount of light coming in. A quiet place for a good night's rest. Lots of hangers for clothes, and good racks to dry clothes on also.

Alex was well organised and willing to communicate well in advance of our trip and stay in Paris. This is reassuring and helps reduce the stress of travel. She has a bright friendly manner, which is also reassuring. The bed was amazing and extremely comfortable. We had a prefect sleep each night. The apartment was very quiet, and no problems at all. Each night we had a drink at Cafe De Marie which is only a two minute walk, and the patisserie across the street from Alex’s apartment was exceptional.

Excellent size, good location and therefore good value for money. Professional friendly abb no thoughtful renting team, quick response. Excellent large TV. Good facilities. Powerful AC (and heating when needed). 3 separate showers and 3 separate toilets so no fighting in the morning! Generally quiet street and inner courtyard, with effective double glazing and soundproofing. Comprehensive equipment (iron,board,hairdryer,washing machine, kitchen appliances). Felt safe and secure including street outside. Plenty of good restaurants in walking distance. Easy walking distance to Notre-dame or Pompidou and to 3 different metro line stations. Furnishings are as per picture comfortable ikea quality.

The flat was very comportaple and we had what we needed. The location is in the center and there are a lot of cafes-restourants. It takes like 7 minutes to reach metro station.
