Fortunately, our reservation gave us the 12th floor, so we managed to take photos of the Eiffel Tower from other windows.

The only thing about this hotel was the location, literally the Eiffel Tower is at your doorstep. I only stayed here as I wanted to see it at night, didn’t want to travel across Paris at night solo to see the lights on it so this was a decent choice. The man who looks after the luggage (at least during he day on the 28DEC2023) is the only decent and friendly staff member. He holds the rest of the staff up, they should be lucky to have him.

Best hotel in the area. Within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, restaurants and shops which was great. First time in Paris so for us it was the best place to stay. The highlight was seeing the Eiffel Tower from outside the hotel. I would stay here again next time I visit Paris. Reception staff were poliite and friendly. Lovely customer service. Thanks for granting me a late checkout, much appreciated. Highly recommended 👌
