I had an amazing stay at Hotel Melia Paris La Défense! The team truly made my experience unforgettable. Francesca was incredibly professional and handled everything with such care. I also want to give a special mention to the wonderful colleague at the lounge reception from Colombia, his warmth and hospitality added so much to my stay. The cleaning lady was so thoughtful, it was always a joy returning to my beautifully kept room. Thai hotel is a great place to stay, with a fantastic team that truly makes you feel welcome, thank you!

Liked the rooftop lounge. Which I had visited several times before. But on checking in to stay for the first time it was disappointing for the following reasons. But on Thursday night it was privatised then on the on Friday the lounge on the ground floor was also privatised which when you are only there for two nights wasn’t ideal .

I recently stayed at Melia hotel, and this is not my first time there, and I couldn’t have been more impressed as usual. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed, with modern amenities that made my stay incredibly comfortable. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and the view from the window was stunning ( Eiffel Tower). The attention to detail, from the plush towels to the high-quality toiletries, made it clear that this hotel truly cares about guest satisfaction. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was flawless. I would highly recommend this room to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious experience.
